Judy Williams
President
Email Judy
Judy started at 19, when she needed a job in college and just by happenstance landed at a PR firm in Baton Rouge. She always knew she wanted to write so when the opportunity presented itself, she stepped into the writer’s job. And from there she wrote her way into radio copywriting, advertising agency copywriting, broadcast production, and finally public relations again. The lucky break of finding PR so young led her to work with a partner in founding a PR firm, then taking that firm solo. She says she has “a modicum of talent and a great deal of passion,” and credits her incredible crew at WCG with inspiring her work. “I used to say I worked with these people to do marketing,” she says, “and now I say I do marketing to work with these people. I am the luckiest person in the world.”
Judy’s husband is a recovering alcoholic who is very open about and grateful for his sobriety. That journey has led to Judy’s passion to help those who struggle with the disease of addiction. Her service on the Executive Committee and as an officer for the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse of Northwest Louisiana have led to multiple opportunities to give back what she and her husband have been so richly given, the gift of sobriety and gratitude. If you’d like to know more, go to www.councilonalcoholism.org, or call Judy.

Francesca came to WCG by way of Chicago, where she “experienced life in the fast lane of PR and marketing” at Hill and Knowlton, developed a passion for basketball by watching Michael Jordan play, and rubbed shoulders with everyone from Audrey Hepburn to the Dalai Lama. “I like to see what’s out there,” she says, characteristically understating her passion for everything under the sun. Work and play frequently overlap for Francesca, whose projects for clients such as TABASCO® often reflect the color, styles and presentations of the world around her.
As long as I’ve been serving meals at the Rescue Mission, it still amazes me what life lessons can be learned while ladling stewed meat and mashed potatoes. Far from the frenzied business of the day, time seems frozen amid the smiles, “thank you’s” and “God Bless You’s” from those who wait in long lines at the Rescue Mission for a hot meal, some shelter and a bit of kindness before venturing out again. The simplicity of these moments at the Mission brings so much into focus for me about my life’s blessings — I am awash with gratitude as I venture out, back to my frenzied day, thankful for not just what I have, but what I what I can give.
Ron Viskozki
Vice President
Email Ron
Having formerly served as Marketing Director of a multi-championship minor league baseball team and Creative Services Director of a FOX-TV affiliate, Ron’s knowledge of public relations, marketing and media buying over the last several decades is comprehensive. But if you’d expect someone with his experience and treasure chest of hundreds of local, regional and national awards to be a stiff grey suit, you’d be wrong. He doesn’t even have a grey suit anymore. “When you work at Williams Creative Group, how can you not have fun being creative?” he says, “it’s such a great team”. Ron cites comic rockers Spinal Tap as providing his favorite quote about trying to be creative – “There’s such a fine line between stupid and clever”.
My passion is being an advocate of, giving to, and volunteering in the activities and causes that my children have chosen as their passion. Whether it’s countless days and months spent producing an end-of-the-year video for my daughter and her high school softball team or supporting her passion in the arts - or guitar lessons and tennis matches with my son, I receive the greatest thrill by watching them find their interests in life and then devoting all my efforts and time to support their passion. Another passion for me has always been historic preservation. From battlefields to downtown buildings and sites I think it’s extremely important for us to maintain a sense of who we were so we can better define who we are.

When the circus didn’t come to town, Heather just created her own. As a young child growing up in Illinois, she wanted to be a circus ringleader, so she created a neighborhood circus to turn her dream into a reality. That type of determination and unbridled creativity is her trademark. From Arizona, to New Brunswick, Canada, and finally, Louisiana, she has found the perfect home at Williams Creative Group. Her experience in sports marketing, special event planning, fundraising, and customer service plays an integral part in her successful management of clients in the tourism, healthcare, food service, and financial industry. Heather brings the perfect combination of experience, creativity, integrity, and determination to Williams Creative Group. “I feel very lucky to say WCG is where I am meant to be”, states Heather, “I can’t image doing anything else.” The staff at WCG feels the same way. We’re glad the circus has finally come to town.
Heather's passion to write letters to active military, stationed in areas that are in harm’s way, started in sixth grade when she became penpals with several soldiers. She would write letters thanking them for their sacrifices, hard work and heroism. To honor her passion, WCG wrote letters to Marines, Army Soldiers, and Airmen serving in Afghanistan and Iraq who typically do not receive mail. If you’d like to join Heather in her passion, visit AnySoldier.com for more information on how to send letters and/or care packages to members of the armed services.

Harvey Latcha
Accountant
Email Harvey
Harvey is a tremendous asset to WCG. He keeps us in check with more than 20 years of hands-on management experience in accounting. As a young man, Harvey joined the US Marine Corps. As a logistical specialist, his military travels took him from Camp Pendleton in San, Diego, California to Okinawa, Japan. True to the embodiment of a marine, Harvey balanced values, ethics, discipline, hard-work and dedication with the daily responsibilities of serving his country. He took what he learned as a marine and applied it to earn his degree in accounting from Pace Business College. Harvey was then added to the staff of the Gannett Journal News in White Plains, NY as a senior credit specialist. He was promoted to credit manager with The Shreveport Times. In the second quarter of 2009, WCG threw the books at Harvey and he responded like a true Marine. Semper Fi, Harvey! We know we can always count on you!
Harvey values and respects our servicemen and women, especially our veterans. They have done and are doing so much for our country and he believes it’s time our country gives back to them – and continue to give. In 2010, Harvey has arranged a tour for the staff of WCG to visit some of our veterans at the VA Medical Center. It was an emotional experience to hear the stories some of our veterans had to share. They’re the reason why “Freedom isn’t Free”. Semper Fi!
